How often should you worm your fish and is Wormer PLUS a good brand to use?

I never do.
I only do it if I see visible signs that they need it - sunken stomach, clear faeces, loss of appetite.
I’ve used wormer plus before and didn’t really rate it if I’m honest. I’ve used panacur mixed in with food to good effect. And also esha ndx if dealing with callamanus worms, that stuff is great and is the only thing I’ve had work when dealing with those worms. They’re nasty things and can wipe a tank out over time.
