Hi Guys,

I am running this site with a couple of other guys, we decided to create a World Cup league, basically you try and predict the right scores for all the matches, the person with more points at the end of the World Cup wins a FREE football shirt of their choice or in case of UKAPS members I will make sure you can have the option for a UKAPS Sponsor Voucher to the value of the shirt :)

Its totally free to enter and participate: http://www.predictscores.net/

Have fun.

Cheers
Paulo

I'm in for that! Any chance of getting a classic shirt? Modern football shirts just don't cut it.

Depends how much they cost, an average shirt costs £44.99 so any of that value or less and its fine!

BTW UKAPS members could choose that value in UKAPS Sponsors vouchers! ;)

Re: World Cup 2010 Competition

I'll do that instead then. I only payed £12 for my 82 bayernmunich shirt. It's a great idea this, I'll be playing for certain.

I did, twice. Argentina are doing well, though I'd rather they weren't.

Re: World Cup 2010 Competition

Great first half for Argentina, they should have put a couple more in, although I would like to see the African countries do well this time except Ivory Coast in the first game :p haha

Looks like I might get the first point in the competition if Argentina win this ;)

Re: World Cup 2010 Competition

I don't think I'm going to come out too well, I don't think we'll get the 2-1 I predicted tonight either, I'd forgotten how goal scarce the early matches tend to be.

Hopefully it'll be 2-0 to England tonight so that I can get back on top :D

I got England to win 3-1 ;) I see them conceding a goal at least!

I don't think we've got a particularly good defense, + america has a fair few extremely fast players who can turn round opportunities. I think conceding a goal is more or less a cert.
