can you give me your thoughts whot is going wrong with my plants

tank has bean running for about 9 weeks with plants in

water parameters done today

ph 6.8
kh 2 drops api
gh 3 strip
ppm 179
nitrate 25-40

use r/o water with discus buffer and tropic marin tropical to put minerals back

it started few weeks ago with Cryptocoryne petchii melting back

know the odd tiger lotus stem looks like its just rotting/melting

have noticed number of holes in the tiger lotus leaf that has melted stem and the odd hole in another leaf
The cryptocoryne undulates has some melt around base and few leaves that have gone slight yellow on tips to mid leaf and looks like has tiny darker green specs on leaf with the yellow

Hi Ed and iv got x2 54watt 48inch t5 tubes and just last week added a 46watt 48inch fluval 2.0 fresh and plant LED unit onto tank The lights are on for 6-8 hours
iv got sump on my tank with good water flow around tank Ferts are EI dosing 175ml daily macro mon/wed/fri and micro Tues/thur/sat I don't add co2 or use liquid carbon as got vallis and thought the liquid carbon would melt the vals Water change is done sunday at 110gals 50 percent with r/o water and discus buffer and tropic marin tropical re min

2x T5 puts you in high light, especially when you add the LED

It looks like too much light for your CO2 levels.

Could be meltback due to acclimatisation?

few places iv read that anything in the 2-4 watt per gallon is class as high light Ed so would only 2 x 54 watt tubes and a 46 watt led be high light or high tech
my tank is around 210 gals and 30 inch deep

so would you just put the 46 watt fluvel led on the tank then or maybe add some liquid carbon

Iv got vallis at minute so thats wy i never tried liquid carbon
