I picked up some plants from the lfs about 6 weeks ago.
They looked a lot like Parva Crypts when I got them. Sort of a stem about 5-6cm long that broadens at the tip.I hadn't actually noticed them growing at all, but the leaves appeared to be melting and growing algae. It's Fluval Strata substrate, Fire extinguisher and
This week I got back from holiday and checked. Although the leaves are still melting, it looks to have grown more like a grass. The leaves are now about 12 - 13cm long and about 1cm broad in places. It's also propegating by runners over the substrate quite a lot behind my bogwood.
Ignore the failing Lilaeopsis brasiliensis in front. It's the long blades that are taking over.
Any ideas?
