So I lost the description tag that came with this plant and was wondering if anyone knew what time of amazon sword this was
Any help would be greatly appreciated

My guess would be Echinodorus uruguayensis.

That's true quite a guess... 🙂 If it's E. uruguayensis, it will grow much narrower new leaves once it has transitioned to its submersed form.
