What is this?

I have just cleaned my XP4 filter in the garden, went in side to get a cloth as I was coming back into the garden I notice something swimming in the filter, lol and it was a baby cherry barb!
So I emptied all the filter water in to a net and found that there are lot of small white things just wondering weather there are eggs??
