Like spaghetti? Does that mean to say you can twist it off? That would be fuzz/filament algae which is the result of low co2, low flow, low nutrients and possible ammonia spikes.

If it's mainly on the glass and plants and other features then that would be GDA (green dust algae) which is also a result of the above also contributed by high intensity of lighting or prolonged photo period. This can be fixed by leaving it well alone for a few weeks until it physically falls off.

Yea i can use toothbursh and turned around and it is wraped on tootbursh. İ have good flow and using Eİ my co2 always top level. i have 2 indicator and always yellow and light green. But i dont know what is this algea's reasons?

Mostly due to excess light. Even though the watt per gallon is around 1ish ur par levels may be high. Remove as much as possible everyday manually, simultaneously start dosing excel 1x dose daily for 2 weeks and reduce photo period to 6 hrs or increase the height of the lights if possible.
