What are these worms with thin tail?

Hello all, following up from my previous thread, I gotten my hands on a macro lens and I have a way clearer video of the said worms. It looks like there's this thin tail. Anyone knows what are these?

 
Plenty of life on that glass ;) The white long one might be an annelid, aka ”detritus worm”. You will surely get an exact answer from the experts!

Yeah I was really surprised to see so much life on that glass, considering I just cleaned it with a sponge during my water change just now!
