What are these eggs?

During a water change I noticed these eggs. The tank has been set up a week and I haven't deliberately added any creatures. So either the eggs were on the plant when I bought it or there's something lurking in there that I haven't seen yet.

What could they be?

Some sort of snails I’d say. I’ve had stowaway snails enter my tanks before like this on new plants, and the eggs looked identical to these ones with multiple eggs in a jelly like substance.

I think they are likely to be <"Tadpole Snail" (Physella acuta)> eggs.

Good guys?

They don't eat plants, but they are incredibly productive, so a lot of people regard them as pests. <"Personally I like them">.
