Hi all,
Wanted to ask a quick and probably self-explanatory question about the walstad method.
I gather it involves using a high nutrient soil, capped by sand/gravel, however is it possible to create the same effect using aquarium plant soil, uncapped or capped?
I've got some glasgarten soil I've used for a while, and wouldn't mind utilising it, I've also got some soil so whichever I need to use is fine, but thought I'd double check.
It's a 10 litre tank, that I'd like to heavily plant with no filter, don't mind adding ferts etc though.
