uk ferts for plants

Hi,

I have this link http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/fish/aqua ... 81126#more for ferts for my aquarium plants, i am looking for one or more products to take car of the following CSM+ B micros, Nitrate (KNO3), Phosphate (PO4), and possibly potassium sulphate (K2SO4).

It is a planted aquarium but i am getting confused with what meets my needs as at the moment i have no ferts and no co2 however i am getting a co2 kit in two days time.
