To much flow?

I,m going to be using 2x eheim 2071 and 1000l pump to run co2 reactor on my 200l tank is this to much flow?slightly worried fish won,t like it.
 
You can always regulate flow on those Eheims and if you plant heavily it should not be problem.
 
I have a turn over of 26 times an hour on my 160l tank. The fish don't seem to mind. I have two external filters and a power head.
