Bought a new lappy Tuesday and it just did not seem quite right, over the last 2 days it began freezing and would not configure the updates.

Took it back to complain etc expecting them to go on about sending it off for repair or something but adamant I wanted a straight replacement and would not settle for anything less, was in and out within 5 minutes with a straight replacement without even mentioning that is what I wanted they just did it straight away.

Well pleased and that is what you call customer service, anyone looking for a new lappy or tv etc they are the place to go

Thats normal policy if goods go wrong in the first 28 days.

Not many places stick to it though without an argument now days, they try to get out of it where they can until you make it clear you know what you are entitled to.
