Thred fin rainbow advice.....

Hi All,
Am after some advice on my next purchase for my main tank, the threadfin rainbow fish, I currently have blue emperor tetras, glo light danio's, some neons, some neon yellow rasbora, neon blue gobbles and ottos. Will the threadfins be ok with that stock? I only ask this as I did have some fancy male guppies in there which I moved from my other tank and within 6 hours 1 guppy had his tail ripped to shreds, as soon as I noticed this I quickly removed the guppies and they are all doing fine in my other tank all be it with a tatty tail! I didn't notice any fish fin nipping so what do you think? :?:
