Think I need new lights

Hello all, I have been injecting CO2 for the past month or so, and dosing ferts with no amazing growth. I am using one aqua glow and life glow T8 bulbs, but would like to upgrade this to maybe an LED fixture to rest onto the lip of the tank if possible. The tank is the Roma (90 50 x 60 x 35cm). Don't really want to spend over £400 if possible, would just like my plants to show more growth and look healthier. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was looking at the Finnex Ray2, seems to please a lot of plant growers

I think that's a great choice. There should be LED fixtures that would go well with your tank just not sure about the price.
