I’ve started work on a new 270L scape, my first for a few years, and I can’t wait to point out the need for patience… as it is so critical.
I like to get the water in and filter running as quickly as possible in a new scape but this urge to fill quickly makes planting especially fine grass like plants almost impossible.
I’m planting Eleocharis acicularis for the first time, and it’s a nightmare, tweezers don’t really help.
After a good few hours, and a real test of my patience, I have got some in place, hopefully in the morning they’ll still be in there. Fingers crossed…
Any tips anyone?
If anyone's interested I've started a journal here:
