He has done very well this season...good on him!

I think decent haircut would help as well!
But seriously just like growing plants I remember when he was straggly and I thought he would never really reach his full potential, but with the help or a few good master growers, Muaresmo, Lendl and probably the most import "his boss at home" he has blossomed.
First time I ever listened to tennis on the radio was on the A14 during his first Wimbledon win, something I will always remember. Happy to say that I am often shouting Go Andy Go towards the magic box on the wall

Well I'm not that bias...just that as you say he has put a lot of hard graft in becoming a decent tennis player!
Practice makes perfect as the saying goes!
I just think he deserves it!
