substrate fertilizers

Hello
Been thinking I should fertiliz my dirt substrate .
Is it OK to use a syringe to inject right in the dirt with fertilizers?
If so wich of them should I inject ?
Just Micro or macro aswell?

Why? Dirt substrate has ferts in it
If you manage to use ferts regularly (every other day for instance) you don't need to fertilize the substrate anyway.

I see
I fertilize 3 times a day with dosing pump
So then I should not be needing extra in there

I have sometimes stuffed fertiliser capsules in the substrate under the roots of the bigger "rooted" plants.

Got capsules and done that to mainly becourse I got them.
But it would be easier to inject
