Stunted fish

Hi

What does actually cause fish to become stunted as one minute I read its nitrate but then the next I read its fine to add potassium nitrate as part of EI dosing?

I could be wrong but fish stunting is usually the result of fish being in a tank which is too small.

Confined surroundings, poor water quality, poor diet/underfeeding.

It's a broad term applied to many situations like a goldfish in a bowl, to weaker fry being pushed off food and not growing as well as their siblings.

Am 55 years young, and six foot three inches tall 212 lbs without my boots.
Been smoking since I was thirteen years old. Glad I started when I did,who knows how tall I might be otherwise.
