Struggling with choosing a background

Hi Everyone. This is my first post, so hopefully I am doing this right!
I am struggling to decide what background to put on my tank. I have attached some pictures of the scape. It is a 60 x 40 x 40cm tank. It currently has a frosted backdrop from my previous scape which was a lot more crowded, but now that the scape has changed, the tank feels too bright and empty with the frosted background. I just think it looks weird but maybe that's just me.
I have therefore been contemplating either a dark background, a white to blue gradient background, or a lightscreen to make a white to blue gradient. My concern with a dark background is I do a lot of videography for my instagram page and I have found in the past that a dark background tends to create too much reflection both with my phone and my surroundings. That's why I am contemplating a white to blue gradient but then I don't know whether a sticky poster is fine or if it will only look good as a light screen. I also can't seem to find a lightscreen within the UK anyway, only on aliexpress and I am not keen on shipping a piece of glass from who knows where for like £80 + shipping costs. I also feel the tank already has a lot of light.

I am trying to keep the tank low maintenance hence all the buce, anubias and java fern, but it also feels a bit plain. Any suggestions regarding that aspect are also welcome.

What would you all suggest? Frosted, dark, white blue gradient, white blue light screen? And why?

Very impressive, I like green backgrounds but your tank is full of green so maybe not. I'd perhaps go with the light screen but understand that they might not be easy to source currently.

The tanks now a dutch type, took all the rocks out ,changed most of the plants ect and the blue /white background looks better in this type of scape I think

I was originally going to buy the light screen ,but I spend all my money on plants and fish ect

Blue white seems to be the trend here. Do you rate a simple poster would work? What would be the reason to spend the money on a light screen?
I think a light screen definitely makes a scape 'pop'. It doesn't look good on all setups but generally works well for the clear water nature style aquariums IMO.

" I am not keen on shipping a piece of glass from who knows where for like £80 + shipping costs".
Light screens are Acrylic/Perspex as far as I know.....well mine is.

If you have any artistic skills you could paint a graduated colour on the back of the frosted background. Advantages are you are not limited to choice of colour or steepness of gradient, and can vary things up such as lighter tone behind open space and darker behind wood island.

Regarding the Fluval Prism 2.0, it is only suitable for submersed use, so could not be used behind the tank.

Black seems to bring out the colours. A graduated white blue might be a bit fake looking but I’ve not actually seen one.
