Stained rocks

Hello people,

I have just found all my hardscape rocks in the garden which are seiryu stone, but some of them are half light brown, not sure why because I don't think those parts were in the substrate, and they were stored in a crate under shelter.

How do i go about cleaning them? Can they return to their original colour? I have jet washed them so far....

Here you go, only one of them is really brown for some reason, I'll probably give them a soak in bleach.

I saw that, too scary for me and I don't have the protective gear like goggles.
