Spray Bar measurement help

Hi,

I am setting up a DIY Spray Bar, but I am unable to figure out the measurements involved to build one as well which part overlaps or fits into the other.
Tank dimensions : 60 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm.
External canister filter: Fluval 106

The contents that I have for now are:
PVC pipe for spray bar : I have two pvc pipes lying around

1. 13.6mm ID/ 16mm OD
2. 16mm ID/ 20mm OD

PVC hose : 16mm ID

Need to buy:

1. PVC elbow 90 : I think I will need this as a connector between the PVC hose and PVC spray bar pipe.

2. PVC end sleeve : This at the far end of the spray bar as a shutter.

What ID/OD dimensions I need for the above "need to buy" and what fits into/over ?
Also I am noticing that my pvc tubing is kinking a bit at the point where it bends over the aquarium rim. Any suggestions/hacks for it ?
