I've got some easycarbo to spot dose on some bba. Is ok to spot dose and keep the co2 running will shrimp be affected by it.
What is the best way to do it.
The dose says 2ml per 50ltr heavily planted tank. So that's 8ml in a 200ltr tank.

It's best to shut off the pump when doing that, for several minutes 10 or so.... Than it stays as long as possible around the affected spot.. 🙂 If not the current will mix it up and it will be less or not effective at all as spot treat.. Now depending on that it might be best to shut the co2 off as well, since in stagnant water it probably wont mix as well and just bubble to the surface and gas off.. Or accumulate in the hose if you do inline diffusing.
