Spin Pipe

In a recent video @George Farmer put up, I saw he has updated his Betta tank to use a spin pipe attached to a 600 l/h Oase canister filter on a 30cm cube. I am wondering whether anyone else has used one?

I was going to put a sponge filter and heater in the tank but after looking at the video I am thinking that I need some of this nice glassware

George had a short finned Betta in there and I am wondering whether a long finned one would be OK with that sort of turnover?

I have the spin pipe on by ADA 150 superjet it creates and good flow my rasbora's like to swim thru it for fun.have it on a 30c tank. Have to keep the stems trimmed down in the tank.
