Had this delivered from a well known supplier that I've used before with no issues. Parcel arrived this morning, so opened within a few hours, assuming it will recover, looks a bit past it's best. Opinions?

I had some rotala delivered from pro shrimp in a similar state,he was willing to replace if it didn't recover, send them photos and they may replace or refund.

I would absolutely not be accepting it in that condition whatsoever.

Thanks all for the responses. I bought to fill some patches in my current carpet,so wanted to start with some decent stock plants. Wondered if I was being picky! I'll contact the supplier.
