Afternoon folks. I'm after a bit of advice/reassurance if anyone has a moment.
I am currently using TNC Complete at the recommended dose of 1ml/10l/week in all my tanks. However as the budget conscious aquarist that I am, I would like to swap to @Happi self-mixed Solufeed concoction (not the TNCC version as that has more ingredients and therefore complexity). I am planning to change my dosing from once a week after water change to three-times-a-week EI and up my weekly water change from 30% to 50%.
My main tank is 360l with 84 watts of LED on for 6 hrs at full power and 10% for a further 6 hrs. I have easy plants, a mix of floaters, epiphytes and planted. The substrate is aquatic potting compost with a sand cap.
I am on soft water -- water report attached.
Would someone be able to tell me whether to go for the sodium-free or coir version of the recipe? Tap water sodium is a mean of 6.9. Nothing in the tank is showing any particular sign of deficiency at this point I don't think.
Thank you in advance.
