Smallest Nymphaea species for aquarium use?

Just wondered what the smallest nymphaea species was that would be suitable for using in an aquarium. Googling smallest nymphaea I get Nyphaea thermarum. Not sure about whether this would be suitable though (for submersed growth).
 
Im no expert, but Nymphoides Aquatica might be what you are looking for. They are about £4 on ebay.

Hi Steve

If you can find Nymphaea micrantha it's a beautiful little lily that rarely grows over 15cm. The leaves are stunning; crimson red with green mottled effect.

The only time I've had it was from a supplier that imported from Singapore, so be careful if you intend keeping shrimp, as the plants are often treated with pesticides.
