Small cube aquarium lights

I have two 8w each t5's, and thinking to ise them on my 30x30x30 cube till i finish a led lights for ot, so my question what kind of ballast, or cfl shoul i look for? In that tank will be some rotat, liudwigia sp, mosses and anubias.
