Slime algae, but only at a certain light setting

Hi guys just wondering if anyone has a clue on this one. I have a Chichiros LED light system. If I keep it on quite a low setting I have no problems. But if I knock it up literally one light setting I get green slime algae on my moss. Knock it down a setting and it goes away.

The tank is 60L, has a co2 system, dose fertiliser every day, reasonably heavily planted and 40% water change every week. The lighting is quite low so I'd like to turn it up a bit but obviously don't want the slime algae! Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Edvet. I did recently up the co2 a touch. I'm going to up the lighting a little again and see if I can find a balance.
