Sick Honey Gouramis

Hi, so a couple of days ago I noticed some bloating on the rear of my 2 honey gouramis, I have kept a close eye on them unsure of what it was, last night one was really sluggish and resting on plants?

I did a water test (everything fine), did a water change, and cleaned out the filter.

Today one looks a lot worse and I don’t think it’s going to make it through the night, I’m not sure if it’s their swim bladder? Could it be a parasite?

I have 10 ember tetras also but they seem active and fine, the tank is 5 months old and heavily planted, I add plants every now and then but I buy them from horizon aquatics so there separate to the fish they sell. So don’t think anything could have got into the tank that way.

I have recently added CO2 but the drop checker looks fine, I’m at abit of a loss, do I need to buy some treatment?

Some help please if anyone can!

Thanks

Looks like the gonads to me. I find this is quite normal in young Trichogaster chuna as they begin to mature. Fancy a bet that it is a male?
In your photographs the swim bladder is visible and does not look enlarged. With swim bladder problems the fish will list and be unable to maintain balance. Your fish looks unaffected. If anything happens, get in contact and don't bung in all those nasty chemicals sold as "treatments". There is a far better step-by-step that is a lot safer.
