Remove 25% of the water, then do some tank cleaning and then take out the remaining 25% - the latter 25% scoops up the mess during the cleaning - before refilling with de-chlorinated water. That should reduce organic waste and any ammonia etc. I would up the water changes to twice a week for 2 weeks. The idea here is that you are keeping the water as clean as possible so that the fish's immune system can concentrate on any illness they may have. Only clean the pre-filter and dont clean any biomedia UNLESS the flow has reduced too much to be effective.
I would inspect all fish and not treat them unless you see signs of illness. If you feed quite heavily, slightly reduce for the 2 weeks of increased maintenance.
