Hi all,
New member (but not new to aquascaping)!
I'm going to get a custom shallow, long tank soon, but I was wondering if any of you have any inspo and pictures of similar tanks? I'm going for something 4ft long (maybe longer) but not looking at more than 18" deep, and semi-heavily planted. If you have any good pictures and dimensions I'd really appreciate them! Hard to get a feel for one having never seen one in the flesh. I was also wondering what lighting is regularly used, as obviously with such a shallow depth I feel like regular lighting is going to be massive overkill. Currently toying with the idea of some kessil's or AI primes.
Thank you!

4ft by 18" deep is the same as an ea aquascaper 1200, which is a nice sized tank. George farmer has one with some great videos on YouTube about it that are well worth a watch.

If you go a little larger than its well worth looking at this beautiful thread.
