Dennerle nursery has this plant in the program.. 🙂 so tracking down Dennerle plant dealers might give the best chances of finding it. But it is a relative new plant in their program and since it is a very slow grower it might take a while before it is spread decently.. It was the same with Crepidomanes marabaricum, about a year in Dennerle program but the first months it was presented (on dennerle facebook) it was sold out rather quickly.

Try contacting www.aquaessentials.co.uk they sell Dennerle plants.. Or search German aquarium plant shops, they are closest to the source, first to know and likely provided with the first batch available.
 
UK wise perhaps not, however you might be able to ask Alan at theaquatank.com or Vasteq if they have some. I recieved S. roseospatha 'gunung hose' kapit from Alan a year or so back along with a few others, very healthy plants and good growers too.
