Went to b&q for a bag of sand for my wee girls sand/water table and ended up with 4 bags and some decking planks. A sand pit would be much better I thought. Finished making it this morn and not sure I'm ever going to get her out...

Hrs of fun, can't beat a sand pit. My oldest is 9 but I garentee he'll want bags of sand along with his 6 year old brother. Just wish our Disney car collection hadn't found its way into the pit. Might mix some pva with some sand this summer so they can sculpt.🙂

If lindy's kids are, anything like mine were there will be no sand in the sandpit by tea time Edvet 🙂

Yes, edvet, I made a plastic cover held on with bungee cord to keep the rain and cats out 🙂 Kirk, she is under strict instructions to keep the sand in! My niece and nephew were over and all three of them were in there having a great time.
