Rummy Nose Tetra Diasease Help

Based on the look and size of it, I'd guess it's likely some sort of bacterial infection. Columnaris can often present as white patches that lead to ulceration/lesions. It's usually more common for columnaris to appear on the lips (cotton-mouth disease) or the dorsal area (saddleback disease), but really it can appear anywhere. It's difficult to diagnose things like this over the internet though, and only a bacterial culture would give you an accurate answer.

It is as said hard to diagnose in small fish esp. It could also be the result of a injury initially, if possible isolate and IME. esha 2000 would be a good med to try, or water life Myxazin if available were you are, also couple of water changes

Thanks everyone for the answers.
As it could be some parasite or disease (whatever) it is probably in the entire tank. So I have started a treatment with Esha 200 and esha exit, lets how it will progress.
