i rememeber i tried this plant several years ago , tropica have this on their list ? cant seem to find it ?

Nope - Rotala macrandra var. 'mini butterfly' is not on the stock-list of Tropica.
Beautifull plant, though, but being a Rotala macrandra variation........not among the easiest, to grow.
Needs all it's demands fullfilled, to reach it's full potential of slim, dark, purple-red leaves in abundance.
Be aware, that it has a high tendency of "falling back to origin", growing shoots of bigger, wider and orange/green leaves (=Rot. mac. 'green'). Those can be trimmed away, to maintain the 'mini butterfly' growing.
- When it works, it's really worth the effort !!!
Mick.

indeed a difficult plant ,i remember its was very small and delicate looking ,i see its related to R. Macrandra , that explains why the full redness stem of it
