Hi! I've just started my first planted tank. Its been set up for four days now and everything seems to be going fine. I have noticed however that some of my rotala have started growing roots from the nodes on the stems. What should i be doing with these? Should i trim them off or leave them? Its only a couple of stems in quite a large bunch. Any help would be appreciated!

Perfectly normal.Lots of stem plants do this.
If you don't like the look of the aerial roots trim them off.
Can be useful to have them when it's time to trim the tops and replant
