A few years ago I had a marine tank and used a RODI filter to produce my own RODI water. I could do the same again, but I dont really have anywhere to permanently install the filters. Setting it up was always a hassle, and I would inevitably forget I had turned it on wasting loads of water when it overflows.
At the time there was a company installing RODI or distilled (I cant remember) 'on tap' systems in places like supermarkets. A few years ago they had hundreds of locations. I think the intended audience was window cleaners, as these days they all seem to use the pole system with demineralised water.
I've searched google but now can't find the company. Has anyone else herd of them?
