Riccia trimming.. ?

Can riccia be trimmed with scissors?

I want to trim this on the branches as it's gone too far

Yes, you can trim this how you want, it's a tough old bugger. I would suggest turning the flow and your filters off first so you can easily catch all the little bits with a net or a vacuum pipe, as from my experience it can become pretty invasive and keep on cropping in your tank where you don't want it..

I soon found that out haha!! It makes a mess and that's an understatement ... 🙂
