I will be moving some plants to a new bit of wood and rock soon and at present they are glued a bit of wood that won’t be going in the new tank.

Can I use acetone to remove them from the wood? I have found a couple people asking the same question on other forums, but no one really answered them. Didn’t want to risk just yanking them off.

Have you given them a tug? Might not be particularly firmly fixed if it's been in the water awhile.

The wood top layer likely will be a bit mushy and soft after beeing submersed for?? how long?. And after this time i don't think its still the glue keeping the plant in place. It's roots will likely be instead. Just pull it gently off and find the little white hard piece of old superglue and take it off the plant.

Thank you all for the replies. I’ll give it a go and let you know how I get on.

They’ve been glued on there for about 3 months.
