Hi,

I'm looking for an attractive refillable CO2 bottle but finding it hard to track one down. The only option I can find so far is this one and I ordered something from them before, which never arrived!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160415852805? ... 3663wt_932

Has anybody seen anything a bit closer to him that still looks presentable enough o be on show?

Cheers

RR

aquarium hk are usually really good with delivery I've ordered many things from him in the past and its always arrived. only thought would be its stopped in customs perhaps

What about a chrome 2Kg fire extinguisher ?

A tad more expensive say £50 compared to a red £20 (or less), but nicer to look at.

Also a lot easier to get filled. Look in you local yellow pages under fire equipment and see if any of them will supply and later refill a nice chrome fire extinguisher for you.

There are also 1Kg chrome CO2 extinguishers around, but very rare and again re-filling might be an issue.

I've owned one of those from HK but could never find anyone to refill it for less than £20 so I sold it! Now I have an FE + also bought a refillable JBL bottle off eBay which most aquatic shops will refill

I have one of the bottles from Aquamania in Blackburn think there called oista bottles and mine is 1.6kg

ian, that's not a bad idea either. I'll have a look around.
I wanted a chrome extinguisher, would look nicer, but local supplier wanted £55 for chrome and £10 for red. Guess which one I got.

Anyway can't see my extinguisher as it is between end of tank and wall, and not visible when sitting on sofa, so acceptable to wife 😀
