Red rili shrimp stopped being berried

I saw last berried female months ago,they all get saddles but no berried females.Nothing changed in any paramater.They used to berry a lot and stopped gradually,initially number of the eggs dropped.

Another thing if I may ask.My shrimps grow much bigger and colourful in my community tank than 30 lt shrimp tank (they dont get berried as well but there are only a few in this tank).Both tanks have same water parameters,similar WCs

Both tanks have tap water, ph 7.8-7.9,TDS 400 ,temp 25 c

No planaria,I cant get my head around it,there is a large female yesterday it had a huge saddle,today all saddle has gone still no berrying ?!
Added an additional filter,there is a simple sponge filter.Maybe overfeeding caused increased amonia I checked it this morning it was 1 ppm should have been 0. I did a 30% WC I will keep doing every day for a while lets see...
