ram attacking snail

Hi
has anyone experienced microgeophagus ramirezi attacking snails? one of mine has been having a good pop at one of my large rams horn snails which i think may be dead or at least to scared to move!!

Seen Rams target snails in the tank including assassin snails

Never heard it mentioned before! The snail wasn't dead in the end, he wandered off after about 15 mins. I guess he was playing dead in the hope he would be left alone!

I suppose it depends on the individual fish, some can be nice guys then you could get the utter ******* of a fish, total headcase (rather like people). A friend had 10 assassin snails in his tank, introduce a Ram who then systematically bit the heads off each and every one of the snails within a hour. Have heard it also from other fish keepers locally
