I bought one few weeks back and although a lot of money for what they are it was a really good buy. I wouldn't say it makes water changes fun but they are definitely less of a chore. Just connect to the sink turn on the tap put the hose in the tank and it empties it. To fill without going into too much detail you get the water temp right coming out of the tap and then turn to bevel and it fills the tank. I normally throw enough prime in to cover the full volume of the tank. All done in half the time with no splashes.
 
I have been using it for a few years now.I suffer from back issues so it is a great piece of kit in my opinion. No more buckets (unless cleaning filter in one).
