pro flora bio 80

HI All this is my first post have spent the last hour trying to get in touch with JBL, but have now given up, I wondering if anyone has ever used the Pro Flora Bio 80. I can only get a single line of co bubbles out of the diffuser is there any way I can get more co2 from the reactor canister i.e if I add more yeast would this help.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Sure. Those things work well. I use a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast and it's a nice steady stream. Better than the packet they provided. I have two tanks that a switch between so one's night cycle is the others day cycle and none of it gets wasted. Just remember to take it out at night. My QT has it's lights on at night
