First one is most likely a Nesaea - possibly some Ludwigia, but I doubt it.
Bucephalandra's are really, really difficult to ID from just pic. of leavrs, and this pic. is defenitely not good enough for it.
The variegated(=white) leaves does not help - they can all do this, though it is rare. Mostly the plant goes back to original colour when new growth is produced. Some sooner, some later.
