any thoughts?

its been in the tank for 3 week and its doing great, no melt at all and its been growing new leaves steady. its the longer ruffled leaf one.

Look like Cryptocoryne crispatula var. balanceae.
Crypt. crispatula come in quite many variations - and I even think the variation balanceae has variations, if I remember correct.
- it's a very nice type, you have. It will most likely grow a lot taller and leaves may turn a little more brown.

After searching a bit more I did find some variant of balansae that looks similar. Brown / red ones.
