Hi Everybody
we have had a few deliveries last days! 3 of my Platys have given out new offsprings!! I (& my 8 yr old son) are awestuck & very very happy by this development.. I find this a great way to introduce him to the cycles of life and all that sort of things!
Having livebearers wasnt my actual goal when buying them, it was more for their colours and suitability in a community tank with Tetras and Amanos.. So actually getting to see these babies if fun!!
I dont (& havent) done anything for special care or so.. Should I?? Any inputs are welcome. And do these guys make through their juvenile stage? I see some of them entering the internal filter inlets but they always come out safe and sound. Perhaps I will put a sponge to block the entrance.
