Big tank and your filter output looks a tad on the low side. The general consenus is to aim for an output of x10 the tank size so for your 576l tank the outputs should be around 5000 - 6000LPH. Diffusion in water is 10,000 times slower tan in air so with a high tech tank the flow in the tank is king. From your pic ( nice tank ;)) all the bubbles are on the right side (maybe pump was off for pic and it is just pearling) I would expect the bubbles to be all over the tank with them being forced down on opposite side of tank.

Do the plants wave about in the flow?
DC is green
Having the spraybar at and end of the tank doesnt always give the best flow in the tank either

Veins on the leaves and some appear yellowish does suggest Fe

There was a power head pump as well - not at the photo - now I have a wave maker 6000l/h so the flow and circulation in the tank is quiet good. CO2 checker is at the other side of the tank and indicates a good level of CO2 Green - almost yellow. CO2 with JBL in line diffuser.

Thanks for the suggestions I will try with Fe :)
