Plants not living long :(

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well.
I am having many problems with my plants living long in my tanks.

I believe it is because I don't do water changes. (I know) I thought I could have a tank that would cycle itself like my 40L but.....not working.

I also use Flourish Excel twice a week.
